Initial Evaluation
The Initial Evaluation session lasts approximately one hour, during which your
body fat, weight, and measurements will be taken. After this session, your
trainer will be able to individualize and specialize your program.
1 To 1 Personal Training
This service is the most popular type of training. This program is
tailored to fit your specific fitness goals. It's a 60 minute session
which includes cardiovascular, strength training, and flexibility training.
Partner Training
Train with a friend or loved one. During this session, both client's goals
will be addressed.
Group Training
Got a few people who want to train together? No problem, train with 3 or
more friends! Getting healthy with friends is both motivating and
rewarding. This is a 60 minute session where all clients work on building
strength and endurance.
Corporate Training
Let me come to your place of business. No equipment necessary.
Instead of sitting during lunch, let's get up and move! This is a one hour
workout sure to boost your energy. Small groups or individual training
available.
Sport Specific Training
This program is specially designed for athletes who need some fine tuning or
just want to stay in shape during the off season. Individual or small
group training available.
Youth Training
Youth fitness programs are great for the adolescent that needs a little
motivation. Adolescents need exercise and physical activity now more than
ever. With this program, we specialize in educating and exciting youth
about fitness.
Active Adult Fitness
It's never to late to feel great!! Our Active Adult
Program is designed for men and women in their 50's , 60's , 70's , 80 's ,
90's and 100's . The
Active Adult Programs strives to offer a comprehensive and integrated
program that encourages muscular strengthening, endurance and flexibility.
Flexibility Training
All sessions include some stretching. During this session flexibility is the
focus. Your trainer will manually stretch your entire body and educate you
on
how to actively stretch yourself. the perfect session for clients who sit at
a desk.
Post-Rehab Conditioning
Don't let all your hard work go to waste. Continue strengthening after
physical therapy. Our experienced exercise physiologists have worked along
side many physical therapists and can provide you with an educated post-rehab
program.
